Columns

One of the principal activities of G&G is the engineering and fabrication of columns. These vessels are designed and manufactured according to the specified code and particular client requirements.

An increasing number of pieces are now supplied fully dressed, which maximizes quality and minimizes on-site construction works. The surface finish, installation of internals, fabrication and installation of piping, ladders and platforms, insulation and E&I works are all performed in the controlled environment of our workshops.

Some typical realizations: absorbers, concentrators, crude columns, debutanizers, deethanizers, demethanizers, depropanizers, fractionators, separators, strippers, stabilizers, vacuum columns, scrubbers, reformers, wash columns, condensers, caustic towers, etc.

Materials

All grades of carbon and stainless steel, heat resistant and low temperature materials, special alloys, clad and weld overlaid materials, including Inconel, Monel and Hastelloy.
