Reactors

G&G is renowned as a reliable reactor-fabricator.

Reactors are designed and manufactured according to specified codes and standards as well as particular client requirements. Special tools and well-defined procedures have been implemented to guarantee the fulfillment of specific demands in relation with the processing of special alloys and the manufacturing of heavywalled reactors.

Often these reactors are large and heavy. Especially when they are delivered fully dressed, with integrated
internals and, for instance, fire-coated concrete products and lining. G&G is fully equipped to handle items up to 2,000 tons.

Accuracy is of paramount importance at every stage of the production process from engineering design to plate preparation, assembly and surface treatment. A perfect surface finish, whether weld overlay, the application of fire-coated concrete products and lining, polishing and painting is representative of the total quality G&G offers.

Some typical realizations include amine absorbers, CCR platforming reactors, dehydrator vessels, hydrogenation reactor vessels, HDS reactors, hydrotreating reactors, methanol reactors, oxy reactors, phoenix reactors, polymerization reactors, FCCU reactor/regenerators, to name just a few. Along with the manufacturing of complete reactors, G&G also has broad experience in the fabrication of reactor head replacements and cyclones.

Materials

All grades of carbon and stainless steel, heat resistant and low temperature materials, special alloys, clad and weld overlaid materials, including Inconel, Monel and Hastelloy.
